I write as Madkat Omega.
I’m a lead engineer and solutions architect in the field of applied robotics and artificial intelligence. I’m a computer science graduate with experience in both project management and systems engineering. Lately I’m becoming obsessed with researching difficult topics and attempting to build realistic solutions. I work heavily with AI, and I will always thoroughly curate and fact check my work before it is published. I’m trying to start a discussion and get people thinking about the future. The decisions we make today can have a real impact on the world future generations will inherit.

This site is the home base for my writing and personal projects. It starts with the posts I’ve published on Medium, gathered in one place and organized three ways:
- By date. The archive lists everything newest first.
- By theme. Each post belongs to one or more broad themes.
- By series and tag. A series is an ordered reading path, like a reading list. Tags are finer-grained topics, and search covers the full text.
